- A screen shot or picture of your proof of payment is needed to proceed to the Next Step which is the Registration. Please be informed that even if you are already paid with the Registration Fee, you STILL NEED TO REGISTER at the Registration Link to be officially REGISTERED as a Participant.
- For G-Cash Payment, kindly screen shot/attach the E-MAIL CONFIRMATION OF YOUR PAYMENT instead of the blue receipt for fast verification of your payment.
- All payments done are subject for bank verification within 5 working days.
- A clear copy of proof of payment should be attached to the digital registration form upon registration. It should be in a JPEG or PDF format with file size not bigger than 10 MB.
- Paid registration is transferable upon presentation of authority to transfer.

- Kindly fill-out all required details in the registration link as it will be our basis for PRC submission. Please make sure to use your full name as registered to the Professional Regulatory Commission for the submission of attendance to PRC-CPDAS. Failure to do so may result to system rejection of PRC-CPDAS.
- A confirmation email will be sent to your REGISTERED EMAIL after the bank verification of your registration fee.
- Please make sure you are using a WORKING EMAIL ADDRESS and double check your email before submission of the Registration Form. If you do not receive a confirmation email, kindly check your SPAM Messages. Please note that we will acknowledge ONE (1) EMAIL ADDRESS PER PARTICIPANT ONLY.
- A friendly reminder to BE A PASWI MEMBER or UPDATE YOUR PASWI MEMBERSHIP (w/ paid annual due for CY 2024).
- Continuing Professional Development: Participants are entitled to Certification of Participation with corresponding CPD points (for RSW). To receive the Certificate of Participation, the Participants should:
i. Convention Attendance (Completed)
ii. Convention Evaluation (Completed)
iii. Registration fee (Fully paid)
iv. Updated PASWI Membership
